2. Description of Service
We create, print, and mail original letters to subscribers and customers through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
All letters are authored, printed, and mailed by us.
Letters are available as individual purchases or through subscription plans.
The Service is available only within the United States; we do not offer international delivery.
3. Order Process
Orders are placed through our website. By submitting an order, you confirm that:

All information provided, including recipient name and address, is accurate and complete.

You are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.
Once an order or subscription is confirmed, we begin processing immediately. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processing has begun.
4. USPS Delivery Disclaimer
We rely on the United States Postal Service for physical delivery of all letters. While we ensure each letter is correctly prepared and mailed, we cannot guarantee USPS delivery times or outcomes.

We are not responsible for delays, damage, or delivery failures once mail has entered the USPS system.

If a letter is lost in transit, we will mail a replacement letter at no additional charge.

We do not provide refunds or cancellations once mailing has begun.
5. Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All letters, text, images, and creative materials provided through the Site or Service are the exclusive property of Letters from Humanity, LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any part of our letters or Site content without express written permission.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
