By purchasing or maintaining a subscription on our website (the “Site”), you agree to this Policy.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer recurring subscription options that deliver printed letters through the United States Postal Service (USPS) on a regular schedule. Subscription frequency, pricing, and duration are displayed at the time of purchase.
3. Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed automatically using the payment method provided at checkout.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the recurring rate stated at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

We do not store or handle credit card details directly.
All payments are final once processed. No refunds are issued for billed subscription cycles.
4. Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5.
We may send reminders prior to renewal, but it is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid additional charges.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at pleasehelp@lettersfromhumanity.com.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Charges already processed for the current cycle are non-refundable.

Once cancellation is confirmed, you will not be billed for future cycles.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired payment method, or processing error, we may temporarily suspend your subscription until payment is successfully completed.
We reserve the right to cancel a subscription if payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts.
7. Price Changes
We may modify subscription pricing or terms from time to time. Any price changes will apply to future billing cycles and will be communicated in advance via email or on our website.
8. USPS Delivery Disclaimer
All subscription letters are mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS). While we ensure timely preparation and mailing, we are not responsible for USPS delivery times, delays, or non-delivery once mail has been accepted by USPS.
